Busy. But good. Back at work today while the wife and kids finish putting all the Chrtmas decorations back up in the attic. She goes all out. Like putting up seven Christmas Trees, decorations all over the house, even replacing the paintings on the walls. Plus she has this Christmas Village she lines the top of the kitchen cabinets with. Kinda makes me glad I’m here at the office instead of home today.

Shake and Bake is a very legit alternative to frying.

Yep. Fried food is off the menu for me except on rare occasions. Now most of the time I’m eating baked chicken, pork, or fish. And instead of hamburger meat, I have ground turkey most of the time.

Oh yeah. They got a bunch of different flavors for both pork and chicken. I still prefer the original though. And since I can’t eat fried food a lot now, my wife makes me shake and bake at least once a week.
