Yep. Supposed to stay at an INR level between 2.5 & 3.5. I take 10 mg Coumadin on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Other days I take 7.5 mg.

Apprantly I have very stubborn blood. Funny part is when I first went on Coumadin right after they put in my artificial valve they had me on such a high dose my INR number jumped up to like 9. That’s, and the fact my heart had been cut open only 7 days before, is why I bled out.
