I’m working 1/2 day on Tuesday and that’s it.

I also don't have to come in any earlier. So it really is a win.
Every other Friday off has always been a thing in my office, I just didn't do it because I opted for more vacation days. But, I told them I want more time with my kid so they let me keep the vacation days and add every other Friday off. Pretty sweet deal, IMO.
