a few sliced pieces of the salmon. Trying to keep it light this summer. It's too damn hot to eat heavy.

But is it "hot enough to bake cookies in your car" hot?

Now you're talking. Need more than just salad greens, tomatoes and such.
Not sure what it is but I've never been able to develop much of a taste for salmon.

Are you able to drive that distance in 1 day or would you need to include an overnight stay along the route?

Missouri dept of transportation just had a blinking light on side of the road that read "366 vehicle accident deaths in MO this year, 60% without seatbelts"..... That's almost a coin flip. I think I'd rather just take my chances of being in the 40% and buck the belt

It's definitely not my favorite fish. But I do enjoy smoked salmon over pasta. Today was just one of those days where I wanted something quick and light.

Did you move to Texas by chance?
Posted on 6/21/16 at 2:56 pm to JBeam
No still living in Nola. Just been having to travel for work.
Why?

Seatbelt actually saved my life when I got nailed head-on by a drunky doing at least 50.
I'm assuming that it did cause even more brain damage for me though.
