But just like I haven’t stopped driving I’m not changing my life 10 months after this started because someone semi-marginally famous died from it.

Not sure you can do much to reduce the amount of stupid things kids do. If you come up with a solution for that, I'm pretty sure you'll be a billionaire.

Covid causing clotting, that of course can lead to a heart attack.
Because of genetics/health history, the same blood clotting issues can create different problems in different people.
genetically he might have been a heart attack risk and this virus caused it to happen quicker cause a foreign agent caused clotting that otherwise would have taken years
Yep. People are forgetting that just because someone looks healthy doesn't mean there aren't genetic risks or other underlying issues.
There have been professional soccer player that look like the poster child for health and fitness drop dead of heart issues on the field.

Not to split hairs, but he didn't die from Covid. He died from a heart attack during his treatment for Covid.

LSU Health Shreveport Chancellor G.E. Ghali said Letlow died from a heart attack following a procedure related to the infection.
quote:
"He had no underlying conditions," Ghali said. "It was just COVID."
So, COVID led to a procedure that caused a fatal heart attack in a young man with no underlying conditions? That's the gist of Ghali's statement insofar as it goes. The blood clot(s) mentioned earlier must have figured into this in some way I guess?

COVID may certainly have killed Luke, but I can tell you for a fact that Dr. Ghali was not his family physician.

So, a person dies in the hospital after an extended stay. It’s not surprising to me. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in the ER....later to find out it was not true. Father was told he would die If a pacemaker/ defriibillator was not installed. He almost died from an infection as a result of the installation of the recommended devices.
I’m sorry if I don’t trust the science...I’ve personally experienced a couple of screw ups from the medical community.

If a person wants to survive his best option is to keep themselves out of the hospital.
