I'm about 3.5 miles from campus and the way it's been raining I would say I expect lsu to close but I'm not guaranteeing anything. If it continues I just don't see how they stay open.

From LSU eTXT:
quote:

Despite inclement weather conditions, the LSU campus is open for classes today. Students unable to reach the university due to road closures or other weather-related issues should immediately contact their instructor for further instruction. Faculty and staff who are unable to reach the university should immediately contact their respective department head, director or supervisor for further instruction. Please use caution when driving to campus.

Everyone about to email their teachers lmao.

Lsuhsc in Nola just got cancelled and it's not even raining here yet

It did pour a good bit last night though. Nothing drastic.

Back in my day paddled down river road and then took a fanboat between classes.

That day was so damn ridiculous. I think I had isds or something. I remember looking at the weather and thinking about just taking the F. I miss college.

Wake up early and leave early like normal adults do when the conditions are not perfect.

LSU doesn't close for tropical storms. They won't close for this.
