Lived there in Fall 2010-Spring 2011. They suck arse. Small as hell, expensive, and horrible parking (at least back then). Much better to live off campus in an Apartment/House.

Lived there 2 years ago.
It's cool, but there are a few strange individuals in there these days.
IMO, you and 3 buddies living in a shitty place you can tear up, is probably the best year you'll have.
Then, Senior year, you can move into something nice and truly appreciate it.
However, I will say....being so close to the freshman dorms was phenomenal. Can't count how many times I walked home with a group of chicks from TL and ended up taking one home.
Ok, I can probably count the amount of times, but you get the idea.

It was great when I was there. Biggest thing I hated was being forced to wait to move my car due to UHigh car pool lane in the morning and afternoons. Pay a little extra and get the parking garage pass and shouldnt be any worries.

Lived in both ECA and WCA. I can tell you that ECA is better in everyway than WCA except for parking. Parking at ECA the absolute worst.
That being said, I am not sure that the price for ECA is worth it. I had room scholarship so they always put me there, but if I remember correctly, it was definitely not the cheapest option.

Lived in 208 (building 10 I think, can't believe it's been over 10 years) in 2003 and 2004, I loved it but you basically had to get back at about 6pm at the latest if you wanted a decent parking spot. They were very basic and sterile, but I had good roommates and so I enjoyed my stay there.

I lived in WCA, which is very comparable. The furniture is all very stiff. The mattresses are the same ones from the dorms. The appliances are ok, but they do have laundry.
The one perk is that house keeping will help take care of your bathroom.
