Lived in 208 (building 10 I think, can't believe it's been over 10 years) in 2003 and 2004, I loved it but you basically had to get back at about 6pm at the latest if you wanted a decent parking spot. They were very basic and sterile, but I had good roommates and so I enjoyed my stay there.

Both my wife and I have credit scores in the upper 700/lower 800 range. I think our rate is just below 4.5%. I was just thinking if it would help equity wise when we eventually sell in the next 7-10 years. We can comfortably afford a higher note but according to what you say it might just be a moot point. Thank you.

I get these in the mail often and usually throw them away, but today I decided to actually take a look at it. My wife and I bought our house two years ago and we plan on building in about 7-10 years. Advantages? Disadvantages? Too good to be true as far as no fees, etc.?

I've watched videos and was curious who shoots what ducks? Say there is 6 ducks coming in and 3 hunters, how do you know which ones to shoot, or is it just a free for all?

All of yall have been helpful but your post is kinda what I'm looking for. I have some casual aquitances who do a little duck hunting. Maybe I'll offer up to drive, pay for gas and lunch, etc.

It might be late for this year, but I think I'd be interested in duck hunting so I'd like to know some basics.
I just moved to the Northshore and I have a basic 12 gauge that I just keep in the closet for home defense, so I'm not sure if that's really good enough.
I've lurked here for awhile but can only piece meal info from searches.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
