Lowe's has always been more than helpful every time I've dealt with them, both here in Florida and in Alabama.

Honestly, you shopped at a warehouse store. That style of store is inexpensive, because they are not full-service facilities. If you want better service, you should consider shopping at a full-service establishment or paying for delivery service.
