Louisiana Medical Marijuana

So, Ochsner will not allow any of its Dr.’s to prescribe or recommend the use of medical marijuana due to its scheduling on a federal level. WTF.
So LSU Ag can grow it & Ochsner who is partnered with LSU won’t let its Dr.’s care for their patients as they see fit for treatment.
C-Suite idiocracy at its finest right there.

Go find another doctor....Oshner isn’t the only company in the state to employ doctors.

LSU can grow it.....right up until the feds decide they cannot and take some sort of action against them. State laws be damned, State's rights were lost April 1865.

Not looking for a Dr to prescribe me anything. Your assumptions have led you to make a stupid rebuttal post. If I wanted marijuana I could get marijuana just like the other 90% of Americans that could get it.

That's not the memo I got. They are telling the docs to not prescribe it but they can recommend it but it has to be a referral to another doctor that isn't within the Ochsner system. So basically telling the doctors to treat the patient like they normally would by the legal definition of the law. Seems fine to me.
