The cost is based on what the LA Gov is willing to pony up. As long as remittances are blindly paid nothing will change.

My uncle owns several throughout the state. He makes literally millions off the State of Louisiana.
I'm usually for smaller government, but I can't really get mad at him; the money is going to go to someone, might as well be my family.
One of the main reasons I voted for JBE. That and it's good to give the Governorship back to an LSU Lawyer after four terms of Foster and his crony Jindal
