Say what you want and maybe it's because I'm from Louisiana and I know what good food taste like but out of all the National and Regional chains that sell anything chicken related all across the country the two best are both from Louisiana. Popeyes and Raising Cane's. Popeyes spicy 3-piece versus a dry arse Chick-fil-A breast on a bun?
That's like a good time comparison between a geriatric polka band in an old folks home in a strip mall in Omaha vs. watching Rebirth Brass Band in a smoky, crowded bar on Bourbon Street.
