No, there’s not
No telling what these people are being paid to process tests, therefore they need to hire staff to handle the job
If they cannot provide results for 4 weeks then the tests need to be processed by a lab that can in a more timely manner

Dude, even if it wasn't a backlog situation, that means they tested 24,849 people in one day, and only 5% were positive. What are you freaking out about?
