This may be the most ironic post I've ever seen on here. A person pimping religion won't believe something until he is shown tangible proof.

I know....I can't believe he took the bait!

Pimping religion is not the same as trying to convince someone there is a god. You suggested that the bible should be our national book.

If I'm going to use science that would be correct.

What he said had nothing to do with science. I will ask again, why do you believe in God when there is ZERO evidence he exists?

You serious Clark? Any "study" is science. You asked for a study.

A belief in God is called faith. It is my choice as to whether I take something on faith or require proof. When I ask for a link to where a person gets their bs from I'm obviously not taking their word on faith. My choice. I can and have provided proof to my entries. Read'em

That is a different subject entirely. No thread stealing.

That's fine, but that's not what you said. You said that you HAD to have proof to believe something. Keep digging my man.

Im not saying I agree with him but you don't need a goddamn study for something to be true.

You responded:

You do if you are going to convince a person. Otherwise it is just so much bullshite opinion and he could have saved himself some time by not bothering to make an entry. Opinions are like ...

Paraphrased, "you don't NEED proof for something to be true" to which you responded "yes you do."

First of all I didn't do that at all. Second....you said that you need proof to believe something is true which is not the best thing to say if you are arguing for the existence of God. You can say you didn't say that but anyone reading knows you did. I have nothing against you, I just cannot stand when people are hypocrites and have shitty arguments.

"You don't need a study for something to be true" "yes you do." I don't know how else to interpret that. Maybe you can clear it up for me.

Why couldn't God have made the Bible the official state book when Louisiana was first founded? I mean, he created the universe, how hard could it be to make a book an official state book? Did he overlook this? Why doesn't he make the Bible the official book for all the states?

He did. But then Governor Claiborne ate rice and pork sausage out of a pig intestine even though god said not to. Now we are fallen and if you don't follow the Bible, you'll be sent to Kenner for eternity, bruh.

You misunderstood. I wanted proof of what he said because I think he is all wrong. Do you believe everything you read here? Do you occasionally require proof?

Just because I may believe in God does not automatically make me a believer of everything that everyone says.

IF, IF I were arguing the existence of God. I wasn't. I was pimping religion, remember?

Did some kind of talking animal tempt Mr. Claiborne?
