Con Law's question 2 was a repeat. That was amazing for me at least.

Ya, I think its a good idea to read through the material (mini outline or lecture notes) and then just tackle questions, going back if and when you need clarity.
Learned more in two weeks doing essays than a month of notes and sleeping/gchatting that first exam.
I'm running out of essays this go around. Still hate to see an essay that tests some weird stuff though> I end up feeling bad for the kids back in 2005
Con Law in multiple choice form is weird at first, but it gets easier as the options usually stick out pretty badly. In essay form its still not too hard to manage. Funny how Con Law was "hard" 1L year relative to now, at least to me.

Yeah, except reading old exams did not help for 50% of Code II or 100% of Code III this year. Although I still feel good about my chances. Hope I'm not back in February. Congrats everyone.
