Is something with no spaces and a hashtag grammatically correct? You serious, Clark?
I'm assuming they used "a" because that's correct if you pronounce a Louisiana out, but let's not pretend strict rules need apply here.

It was a typo. It's supposed to say thanks. The Ais right next to S on a keyboard
