I am not the one who is saying the Fed's should give a known criminal element the keys to narcotics activities in the US nor have I said that most meth labs are underground being run by college kids.

You really think that the cartels aren't effectient at what they do? They have built tunnels, submarines, drones, etc. with the purpose of getting drugs into the US. They do so every day and will continue to do it. They aren't scientists and they don't need to be.

ETA: The caretls are operating in every major city in the US right now and making more money than a lot of fortune 500 companies. They know what they are doing.

The new leader is going to have to make a difficult decision for the future of the club , that will impact both his club family and real family.

If biker gangs ran the illegal drug biz in this country, they'd put manpower on the border to stop the traffickers from coming across

C'mon man you know good and damn well there are plenty of combat seasoned vets in most clubs, I'm not saying it'd be a cake walk but it could be done

The whole argument you and he are having over this is quite pointless. There never would be a war between the cartels and any MC or even coalition of MC's. It's just not going to happen.

Did you really just say that biker gangs being allowed to traffic illegal drugs will fix the US-Mexican border situation?

edit: I'm glad to see this is already being addressed

Oh I know. But him saying that MC's could basically "take out" cartels is silly and saying they aren't really that good at what they do is kind of crazy too.

He didn't say Bandido. He said biker, as in bikers in general. Here's his exact quote....

quote:

Put a group of bikers on that same terrain. The bikers will walk out, the cartel scouts will be dead.

I am not a Bandido nor have I ever claimed to be one. I know some Bandidos and am on friendly respectful terms with them. But that's it. Neither I nor my club are associated with them past that.

Maybe if I could park my bike and somehow get my hands on an Abrams.

It was a good show. But it was just that, a show and not real. Plus my club, and my membership in it, predates that show by decades.

Definitely not. It's just that you don't know what you're talking about.

Stories that are easy to find:
App St proximity
Mobile Meth Lab on Campus
Lab in dorm room
Ex Meth Task Force pdf File to discuss Labs in US

Why would there be task forces about meth labs in the US if the capacity wasn't already here?

You're a fool if you don't think MC's would establish their own means of production, over and above what currently exists.

Also, the MC's would establish pipelines for extra product from Mexico. This would be product only - not people. And after the MC's laid waste to cartel scouts and mules, the cartels would have little option but to cooperate. The cartels would try to flex their muscles but like I said, they'd fail.

The federal govt could fix the border issue without having to spend a dime extra. But they allow illegal entry, terrorist pathways, etc, all because they are scared to lose the Hispanic vote. It's that simple.

I don't think you understand just how bad of an opponent would be there. The people up there are not skilled fighters or trained in any way. They are up there and out there to make a dollar. They are given a radio and a very general set of instructions and hardly any supplies. Only a giant group of pussies would be unable to ferret them out and either run them back to Mexico or kill them.
