Until we can prove that it was the alcohol itself that caused him to crash, and not just a coincidence, we should reserve judgment.

There should not be strict liability for people who just happen to drive with alcohol in their system. Some can handle it and some cannot.

I guarantee you a pilot/astronaut with 40 years of drinking experience can handle his liquor and it wasn't necessarily the cause of this terrible accident.

But people will blindly say drunk drivers kill indiscriminately.

Posts like this are the reason sarcasm never works on the internet. It's impossible to top some of the serious idiocy that's out there. I assumed this was sarcasm but apparently not.
