At one pint I had 4 of those Upperdeck Ken Griffey Jr rookie cards. I kept getting lucky when I would buy a pack.
this is my favorite card I ever owned. the 89 Upper Decks were so cool looking. Griffey was also such a classy player

Might want to look at sold prices on ebay for new and old stuff. There is still big money in baseball cards. Obviously mid 80's up was over produced but even new cards from today go for big money.
I was in a break where a 1/1 superfractor of Alex Bergman was pulled. Dude sold it $2,300 a week later
This Vlad Jr auto was also pulled in the same break.
Baseball cards are a fun hobby OP. I was in breaking group for awhile like two years ago and got some cool pulls including a Chris Sale and a Severino auto.
I still will hunt eBay for cheaper autos of Texas Ranger players. Bought some autos of Mazara and Calhoun last week for a total of $17

This is the only Ken Griffey Jr card I don't have for his first two years. Every one of them down to cereal box cards, 1989 and 1990. Kinda dumb. He still has the sweetest swing ever though.

How is the one card you should have the one card you don’t have?

Because I got all of them the old school way(trading) when I was a kid and the $60 was a ton of cash. I splurged $20 on the 1990 Leaf but I haven't touched cards since 1997 or so

I have a Babe Ruth, Walter Johnson, and Christy Mathewson. Want to get one card of the initial HOF class, Honus Wagner will be a tough one.

I think the best one I have is a Barry Bonds rookie card. I have a couple Nolan Ryans from his later years i think
