Looking for a wet sauna installer in New Orleans area

Thinking of adding a wet sauna system to an existing shower in the house. Would a plumber be able to do something like this or is there someone else I should be looking for to do this.

I don't have a particular product picked out. I've been looking online and there are a lot of options. The shower is already set up, I would just need to enclose a small part above the door that's open.
I'm looking at the wet steam/sauna machines that run a line into the closed in shower. The shower has wide open attic space directly above so it could go there then run the line into the shower.
