Trump essentially argued Antifa had it coming, I saw the presser and I don't think he said that at all.

I should have worded that clearer.

He left wiggle room in an issue that should have none. He didn't actively say Antifa had it coming, you're correct.

So the girl who got run over and killed was a thug starting violence? Quite a spin there.

Her group went there to start violence with the nazis. Yes. Some wacko lost it and ran over people.

Which antifa are overjoyed about, I'm sure. Leftism 101: start fights with people and when they retaliate, play the victim. It worked well back in the 60's at Kent. St. and the Chicago DNC, when the left controlled all of the cameras and editing, but not anymore.

and when Steve Scalise was gunned down early one morning while practicing for a baseball game he was shot by a deranged leftist...but lets blame guns instead of the person who shot the gun

The thing is, people complain about lumping all conservatives in with the Nazis while simultaneously lumping all liberals in with the antifa counts.

To an extent, but people who condemn both get lumped into the conservative crowd as well. I refuse to post anything on Facebook because of how visceral people have become. I've seen posts of incredibly intelligent good people over the past several days condemning the hate and thirst for violence that has engulfed both sides. Sadly one can imagine the animosity thrust towards those who do not solely condemn hate on one side. It's tragic that young lady lost her life in a act of pure cowardice perpetrated by a lone man. That tragedy and cowardice does not absolve the acts of violence and hate spewed by the opposing side.

It's a sad time in America. Not because hate groups are given a larger platform due to social media, but because our civility and reasoning is ever waning. Seemingly everyday more and more are falling to emotion and in turn relinquishing their inability to reason. None of this is new, we are just giving all sides of hate and animosity a bigger platform through social media and the search for hits on spin pieces by the media. Unfortunately as with anything this will all eventually come to a head. Even the most well mannered dog can only be antagonized so long before he bites, and usually when temperance has been exhausted the bite is not reserved.

So you're saying he wasn't concise enough that someone who is openly looking for a reason to condemn someone with opposing views, couldn't find an opening to usurp the quote with their own prejudice?

What are you talking about?

What does that have to do with the topic at hand? The left is comically insane. No argument there.

Read the transcript for yourself.

He wasn't concise about anything. That thing is tough to get through.

It was tough to get through. I get that Trump is not well received and at times has made statements that only someone truly biased wouldn't roll their eyes at, but... You have to be openly biased in opposition to the man to the point of prejudice to find fault in that presser. Is he the most well-spoken or eloquent speaker? No. Is he the humblest man to take office? No. Finding fault in the presser and attempting to allocate blame because he didn't sufficiently and concisely speak to your (loosely not a direct hurl at you per se) standards is a you proble, not a problem that the president should be prescribed the blame for.

Actually Dylan Rolf started all of this

Hilarious that everyone is just scrolling past this truthful statement to put the blame elsewhere.

The media posts Dylan Roof's photos, including photos of him displaying the rebel flag.
Protests begin over the public display of the rebel flag.
Amazon pulls the rebel flag from their online offerings.
Bubba Watson buys the General Lee and paints over he rebel flag.
Protests begin over confederate monuments.

Roof killing those people started all of this. Not Mitch or Trump or Obama. Before Roof, people were walking past confederate monuments every day and not giving a shite.

All. Of. This.

The media piggy backed on the fricked up tradegy of what Dylan Rolf did and here we are.

It's all a distraction. Divide and conquer. Divide and control. It's literally the oldest trick in the book. Keep the TV off of any and all garbage. The "elites" only have power because we give it to them. Don't let them have your energy. Safeguard against what you let your eyes see and your ears hear and be the change that you want to see in this world. Let's stand together and love one another. Who gives a flip who likes Trump and who likes Hillary and Obama.

You people are fricking delusional. Poor white conservative males, everything is a big conspiracy against you, everyone is out to get you. I thought poor blacks leaned on the victim card. But y'all take it to another level. No one plays the victim more that conservative white males nowadays.

Most people in this thread are defending nazis and the kkk over normal citizens protesting against hate.

I agree. I think Dylan Roof was a plant/hit job. I feel like he, and the Lanza kid, were both hit jobs. .
