Hey Oweo. Just getting home from guys night at the church. Coach O was the guest speaker. He's a pretty cool guy and I like him more knowing his back story.

Was he really there or are you just bullshitting.

Oh yeah, I've seen Crüe in concert plenty of times. Probably my all-time favorite. I even liked them during the Corabi era

Nice. Ever taken a trip to the brewery in Abita Springs? Free beer on tap before the tour...

Just got home from our friend's birthday party. Hubby is watching TV and I'm alternating between TD and reading news until I get sleepy. You?

Motley turned to shite after Shout at the Devil album. Check out Too Fast for Love LP. It's their best work.

"On with the Show" is one of my favorites.

We went to see Crue in Birmingham the last time they came through. It was their farewell tour. Alice Cooper opened.

Alice put on a show that blew me away. I was highly impressed. I was worried I'd be dissapointed with Crue because I saw them at their apex on the Girls tour in 1987. I was going to see them again in 89, this time in Munich, Germany but we had a damn "alert" and instead of going to the Cue concert my arse was sitting in the drivers seat of an M1A1 in the middle of Bumfuzzle Nowhere, Germany

Anyway, I was afraid I'd be let down since they'd got a lot older. But I was pleasantly surprised and they put on a kick arse show.

It was on sale at Rouses last time I walked through. What do you typically pay a bottle?

Owe- He was pretty good. Talked about how long he's wanted to coach at LSU. A few Saban Satan references.

I just finished a desert camo A-10 for the tyke.

That's awesome. When my son was little, like 3 - 5 I'd put him in my lap and let him "help" on different kits. I stick to nothing but tanks, aircraft (usually WWII era) and the occasional ship. I'd let him help usually by painting a spot that didn't need much detail. I taught him the ins and outs of model building and built several models for him to play with. I eventually started buying easy kits he could build. In fact, one of his first kits was a snap together A-10. He's still got it today.

Now he's 15 and has his own model desk in his room. He likes building helicopters. Right now though he's got a B-25 kit started.

On With the Show is great but my fave song is Livewire.

That girls girls shite was awful.

After I got out of HS I spent some time on the strip before I went military and played music and met a bunch of people.
