I just recently tapped probably the best beer I have made though. A milk stout brewed with chocolate, caramel and pecans. It is pretty much dessert in a glass.

Always wanted to make my own rum from Louisiana sugar cane.
Rum is made with the molasses which is a by product essentially worthless. Only anyone can make beer, liquor is another game. (Federal law) Someone in the ville platte area is missing a major business opportunity.
