How much have you tried? VPR is pure reality trash but it will hook you. It starts pretty vapid but gets better as you learn who’s who, definitely gets ridiculous around S4-5 (maybe earlier) where the show is obviously playing it up, but still interesting for what it is.

I’m very up to date on what is going on and who everyone is… I just couldn’t get into it. I think it was because I didn’t really start it when it first came out. Lord knows I’ll watch awful seasons once I’m invested. Southern charm, for example.

My uncle moved to Japan for a job along with my aunt and 2 cousins and they always speak very fondly of their time there. We visited but I was too young to remember.
