I've been severe depression before, and it's very tough to deal with. It's very irrational. If I didn't have good , caring people in my life, getting out of it would've been even harder.
If those meds don't work, he should try micro dosing. I've thought about it, but never have. Plus, a single hit of lsd is good for a a month of doses. a month of depression relief for $10 or less isn't a bad option. Mushroom also work. But you need a digital scale that weighs to the hundredths.
I think most interesting studies deal with psychedelics use for people with terminal illness. It's shown to be very beneficial to people dealing with the thought of impending death. Obviously quality and dosage is important. That's why shrooms are a safer bet. There's nothing worse than taking bad quality lsd. You can't cut shrooms. Some are just stronger than others.
