Trying to get him to take the military route also. He is working at Wendy's and the boys is content. Just drives me crazy. I was gone from home at 17 and seeing the world at 18 years old in the military. All my brothers did military then college and it worked out for all of us.

Agree, my girl is about 12 n im 45, so the entitlement they have now is beyond explanation. I love but she's on a comp cheer, team made the Jr. High squad so both plus keeping up her AP grades, I beyond me....I won't tell her she will fail at 1, b/c she always comes through but damn her mom giving her am I phone 6 at disturbs me, I just learned to keep believin until she drops the ball, kids these days are a different breed

I tried to talk my son into going Air Force, but he went 11 X...He wants to be an Army Ranger. I probably won't sleep much after he finishes training and is deployed.
Indulge me while I brag a little...He was awarded one of the top 12 recruits in Louisiana this year.
He's on the right.

As a former ranger of 10 yrs, yay for ya son. But he will be "sleep " deprived during all phases of his training. If/when he makes it you will have one of the best trained troops to serve and if not he had the balls to try!

Gtg I remember the last time you tried. I remember him saying he wasn't one of the alpha admins that could do that. You need to invite the chicken on that Hawaii trip you got coming up.
