When I worked construction we were about 30 feet up and I hadn't tied off yet. Had an electric grinder a guy plugged in to a generator on the scaffold. I was sitting right there putting a new tube of caulk in my gun and the grinder was already switched on. As soon as he plugged it in that grinder it started jumping all over the place and got on my back and swallowed up my jacket and shirt and started fileting that shite all up 
Good thing it was a cold day. There was a fresh wire wheel on that thing and it would have sliced a cotton shirt up. Needless to say I almost fell off that scaffolding.
