agreed, as a Dad....husband, when i first moved to Houston n eventually married a Georgia gal.....it was tough for them to figure out that i really enjoy and do most cooking!!!

I do 100% of the Grilling, we both cook the other traditional Cajun dishes and standard meals fried chicken, roast etc.
