I alternate days and nights. I was just pulling some OT and ended up working 5 nights in a row. frick that shite.
I got off Mon morn... slept all day... and been drinking all night. My schedule is fricked rn.

You need to get off those nights. shite will kill you. Worked shift hours for 35 years. Took almost 8 years after retiring to be able to sleep thru most nights.
