More of a quaint place now. Havent been to Texas club , true a, daquiri or any others. Varsity has been interesting and I enjoyed Spanish moon

I'm not sure about them moving. Paul always brings up places that I wouldn't think of but absolutely remember well. Southdowns was a top 3 place for women if you were single guy in your 20s 15+ years ago or so.

I grew up in NOLA. There is not a better city from 21-28 in the country. Before that it sucks and after that it sucks too. But if you are the right age there isn't anywhere to see so much music, get so many cheap drinks, or chase so much tail.

NOLA is such a great city if you love music and fun. It's not great to raise kids, take advantage of schools, or be a low cost home base but on every level a young person should find attractive it is awesome. I grew up there and have amazing memories from my early 20's to 26 or so. It was unbelievably fun. I would never want to raise kids there but in your 20s it is awesome and fun.
