I saw this several time over the weekend.
My first thought was why didn't the deputy reach down and pick up one of the man's ankles. It's hard to fight with someone when you are balancing on one leg.

Saw this same one.
Funny in the end how he was telling all the peeps hanging out at the corner store while they all had their cell phones out recording the whole event how "Another black man was going down". Like he did nothing wrong what so ever. POS.
