This guy was stealing four wheelers, motorcycles and other stuff. They had a warrant to search the serial numbers on the vehicles the first time he was on.

At first he wouldn't come out at the other place. It was the same song and dance about he dindu nuffin. I think you're right about the fake passing out part, too. He's a total drama queen.

well... kinda like Rudderham insinuated... when they started having problems registering the vehicle then red flags should've started popping up and they should've tried to figure it out immediately
