Lecture her, absolutely. But CE for her is taking it way too far, IMO. Punish the man for it and she gets the message loud and clear.

I think what's getting Craigmyle is that the lady admitted to knowing the needle was in her car... told her bf to get it out... and didn't double check to make sure it was gone from her car before putting the kid just inches/feet from the needle
