You clearly have no idea what's up. The partner who has tears to their tissue (and exposes their blood stream) is the one at risk to catch it. Anal sex, like vaginal sex, involves tearing of the tissue in the person receiving it. Thus men who take it plus women (normal or anal) catch it more easily. It's much less common to catch it through the penis.

Hell, ever heard of "suitcasing" ecstasy?
So yeah, I could see how the receiver gay guy has a much higher % of getting HIV from an inflected injector than a straight sex situation with an infected female.
