There was no vote today. Bonine just clarified it. It appears some were hoping football could be played in Phase 3....but not the case. Have to get past phase 3 to play games.

If you want to add a little fuel to it, just remember that coaches will most probably still get their stipends even if there is no season
Unless you just want to add a little asinine fake news fuel to it, then sure.

I don't think football is being played this year at any level. It's just not going to happen, we're halfway through July and they can't even decide if we're in Phase 1 or Phase 2, much less what phase football can be considered again.
I really feel for those kids that have worked and waited their whole lives for their big Sr. year only to have this happen. Players that were set to possibly break and finally get the attention of a college, any college that would offer them a scholarship and a chance to go to higher level education. To compete at the next level. Whatever their goal was, it just got wiped away. Thing of the impact that we'll never even know we missed. What if this happened last year and the 2019 LSU Football season was cancelled. We'd never know we were about to see brilliance at the QB position. The most dynamic offense in college football history was under our noses and we'd have never known. To somebody, somewhere, and actually a whole fricking lot of people, that is happening right here in front of our very eyes.
We'll never know what we missed and that sucks as fan, but think how bad that really sucks for those athletes. It's sad.

Expect to see a lot of seniors drop out to get their GED.

Heard from a person who receives these. Seemed pretty confident. Do you have information to rebut that? I’d love to have more information about it myself.

For schools like brh , this doesn't matter too much. Does suck, no Friday. Games, prom

The teachers unions want school canceled until Medicare for all is passed and some others goodies, so it’s probably down the tubes anyway.
