1) He was killed by the Chinese Mafia, so was his son.
2) He whooped Kareem Abdul-jabbar's arse.
3) unlike Floyd Mayweather, he could read English.
4) He was born in Kenya and his Hong Kong birth certificate is a forgery. They forged it because no one would believe that the GOAT was born in Kenya.
Also, no one believes that Sylvester Stallone is a great boxer because he played on in some movies. He was an actor. Bruce Lee was a martial artist who became an actor. Just because he rehearsed his movie roles does not diminish how BA he was.

I knew he was into western boxing, but never heard much about his wrestling or judo. Also, the kicks that I've seen him throw in competition (the few that I've seen) look like he's hitting w/ his foot, not his shin.
I have never heard of him competing in any kind of grappling tournament.
ETA; No doubt he was ahead of his time. I was just commenting on his chances against today's MMA pros.

I don't know how old you are but there was a rumor circulated by the studio when rocky was released that Stallone was a boxer and that the story was a loose autobiography.

Joe Rogan brought it up on his podcast during one of the UFC events that they were watching and commenting on it live. It was the BJ Penn vs Frankie Edgar Ultimate Fighter fight during 4th of July.
He said he was and is still obsessed with Bruce Lee but the talk of how bad arse he would be compared to even lower level fighters of today is crazy and he would get destroyed. I tend to agree with him.
