I searched gingerkittie's post history to read something OWL referred to and wanted to see what it was because gingerkittie could possibly legit be crazy so that's why I am bumping this thread, but this woman is a demon.
This is the same woman who posted who, in the george zimmerman thread I started awhile back.. some shite like "but at least zimmerman is free and martin is dead", while that just seems like a normal post on the OT, I just get the impression she truly means this crazy shite she says.

i am so puzzled why he didnt bother to mention them so they could be monitored. i would at least appreciate if he had told me I had them and explain they may likely be cysts.
Frankly, because they were probably so sure as to what they were(and how benign) that they decided it was safer to not tell you and then have you worry, google, and possibly find a doctor that will convince you to undergo a pointless procedure (just to be safe) that statistically puts you in more risk of harm than doing nothing at all.
If youre interested, what i just said is the same reason screening men for prostate cancer outside of a few select situations is not recommended. They did this a while back and found that, yes when they screened lots of asymptomatic men for PC, they did catch more instances of cancer/cancer in earlier stages, but for some reason this did not alter the mortality rate (amount of men dying from it overall) to a significant extent. Its because, Statistically, prostate cancer is very common in men as they age but at the same time, its NOT always something that will lead to actual complications because usually something else will first(heart disease, organ failure, , other cancers, etc.). That, and many of these men decided to undergo preemptive treatment which put them at risk for all the things surgery and/or chemo/radiation brings comes with for what may have never caused them any trouble in the first place.
