Legal Immigration

My wife is wanting to bring her cousin(husband and 2 kids) to the US from El Salvador. Being a Caucasian, I don't know the 1st step(s) to someone immigrating from another country. Anyone been through the legal channels of immigration? Any immigration lawyers here? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes I have. Wet foot dry foot dry foot policy. Just had to wait 1 year and then I could purse residency

If I wanted to come here, I sure wouldn't worry about the legal way. If I were a woman, I'd probably get pregnant and give birth in the US.

I know two people who have done it. One spent $12k and it took two years. The other spent $30k+ and it took 10 years. Immigration policy is so completely fricked, and most people have no idea how bad it actually is. They both just decided to come here first and deal with the paperwork while here.
Good luck, but it's easier to just get them here first and worry about semantics later.
