True.. Louisiana is an "at will" state and you CAN be fired for NO reason. The "BUT" here is that you can't be fired for A SPECIFIED reason if it is discriminatory or otherwise illegal..

That's not singular to states with 'At Will Employment'...that's all states, chief.

Wrong.
They can be held accountable for not following internal company policy.
And most companies have non-retaliatory polices for legitimate whistleblowing.
