If you definitely want to stay in Louisiana, go to LSU.
If you are open to living in Texas, go to UH.
I was in a very similar situation (had good scholarship offers to LSU and UH and a little money from Tulane). I went with UH, finished with no debt, and was able to find a good paying job pretty easily. If you want more particulars, shoot me an email - bonicay@gmail
