Unfortunately, with this conflict, I don't think many people are getting facts, regardless of media source. They're being told what the people in power want them to be told.

I don't think many people on TD trust the media to begin with. This thread has a pro-Ukraine lean, but over the course of 2500+ pages there's been very little sourcing of MSM or "people in power." Again, you're responding thinking the OT is r/politics or something like that...it isn't.
I wouldn't mind this thread having a more neutral lean, but the pro-Russian folks can't seem to more than just brigade with 1-sentence drive by insults or oversimplificaitons.

I’d like neutrality. It should allow people who aren’t pro-Ukrainian to be able to post without being labeled pro-Russian. They’re not the same.
