That's why I never check my email on my free time anymore. All it does is ruin your time and if it's in an email it's not an emergency. They have your number, if it's that important they will call you.

I work from home, so I keep phone notifications turned on because I don't just sit at my computer all day. When I'm slow I do other things. We are closing a HUGE case so everyone is busy. I also am 2-3 hours ahead of my company time zone wise. So technically I signed up to get emails later than 8-5 CT.

Did you miss where I work from home? I'm not that person in the office.

I love being a time zone ahead of our corporate office. I get more of my errands out of the way in the mornings, but rarely sit at my desk past 4:30/5:00PM and still get more things done than the in office people. Too many distractions in an office.
