Lakeview is begging for more mobile speed camera units so they can donate more money to LaToya’s administration.

The only positive about LaToya was that she didn't like Bitch Landrieu.
I remember there being a debate and when they asked them to say something nice about the other candidates, all LaToya and the male candidate (Bagneris, who grew up in the Desire Projects and graduated from Yale) could say about Charbonnet (the lady who ended up in the runoff) was that she was a good dresser. So she must have been pretty unlikable. And so you have LaToya the Mayor since New Orleans seemed determined to elect a woman this time (though they just had a bitch in Mitch).
