My resting is 42-45 bpm
I've been a runner my whole life and have a cardiologist that has done every test imaginable and said its very strong and in good shape. I always have to warn the nurse taking my vitals because they all think their device isn't working right.

I do 2 slices of espresso roast using the pour over method in the mornings and sleep like a baby for 6-8 hours interrupted by a trip to the john about 3:15 A.M.
The heartrate hasn't been measured lately, but used to be about 55 and assume its the same now.
