Loving Palladio Butter Me Up Lip Balm. Can get it at Sally's. Tinted, minty, doesn't run and just a little shine. Most days all I use it Burt's Bees.

For some color, try Benefit's benetint, posietint, or another color painted on your lips then topped with your lip balm. I usually apply the tint, let it set, then top with rosebud salve.

Hanalei lip treatment is my go to for soft lips and jouer lip treatment is my go to for lip plumper.
As far as tinted moisturizer, I am currently in love with the tarteguard 20. It’s so light weight and pairs really well with the new smashbox radiance primer.
