I was on it. Got off after 6 months because it fricked with my memory. Plus you can't drink on it.

i have this for anxiety. I only take it when I really need it or if it's been 4 or 5 days with no sleep. I also have ativan for panic attacks. I get brutal panic attacks. Usually in the middle of the night. I take klonopin and ativan sparingly.
If you take it when needed and don't take more than you actually need, you'll be fine.
