Medium flat rate box from USPS. It is literally the size of a king cake. They get mailed out priority.

Buy a fresh king cake first thing in the morning, immediately ship it out, win.

Not known for king cakes but I was stuck in Shreveport taking care of my dad and stumbled upon lilah king cakes...by centenary...

I have eaten a lot and rank theirs way up there...

I have a couple of friends that I normally send beads to, will have to look into this as well.
