This is truth. And not bc cops are racist. But bc it's blacks killing blacks and black witnesses not cooperating with investigations.

Conviction rate is a B.S. stat and can be easily manipulated. How many felonies are committed in the city each year compared with the number of felony convictions? That is the only stat that should matter. The DA isn't going to file felony charges and bring a case to trial unless they are confident about the case.
