Keystone at Galvez Subdivision question

I passed through this subdivision the other day in Prarieville and houses seem nice but there is a shite ton of them for sale anyone know why?

Over built? It's in St.amant school district so it should have people interested in the homes. If i remember correctly there were only like 3 or 4 different house plans when it was built

I think I counted about 10 different plans and they are still building in there but its the 3-4 year old ones being sold.

buy new construction home for cheap, sell a few years later for profit

It's not that bad. Some houses are built better than others. Some lots are better. I think it's a low crime area.

Probably so. We looked at buying there in 2012 so it's been a few years.
