I usually agree with you but you ain’t right about this.
Half of the accusers are anonymous and there are plenty of witnesses.

What really happened is that I believe in innocence until proven guilty. I don’t believe in witch hunts. I don’t believe that wrongdoing automatically erases someone’s body of work.

I’m not making him a Martyr. He’s just a prime example of someone who had a well deserved career destroyed over an accusation.

Not to mention, his allegations have been brought up prior to the tidal wave of this past year. I believe he has bought silence in the past.
Regardless of the dates, I struggle to compartmentalize some things.

Hollywood did it for DECADES with Roman Polanski.
So many of these high profile accusations...they were an open secret. No one did a damn thing until it became the cause du jour.
Now, if it comes out he’s guilty, punish him. (And if he’s a kiddy diddler then my stance would change. But as far as I am aware the people that are accusing him are in their teens or above.)
But it won’t make his acting any less good. Much like I still can’t help but to tap my foot to Michael Jackson even though he was a certified weirdo.
